Warranty

We offer a full warranty on the craftsmanship on all of our knives. As long as you treat your knives with care (use them in the ways they were intended), and follow our simple cleaning/sharpening protocols, we will replace any knife deemed to be defective, as long as it has not been abused (your knife is not a screwdriver).

Care

For proper care of your Saber Knives, please hand wash with soapy detergent and dry immediately (no soaking or dishwasher use).

Sharpening

Sharpening Block: Place the part of the blade that is closest to the handle in the left sharpener opening (#1) and pull the knife towards you in one smooth motion – three times. Repeat the same three strokes on the right sharpener opening (#2). Your knife should now be chef sharp!

Sharpening Steel:

Step 1: Position the steel vertically (tip down) on a flat surface.

Step 2: Angle the knife at 20º.

Step 3: Steel the Edge by using alternating passes with your knife across the steel, from base to tip, while applying light to medium pressure. Six total passes should be sufficient (3 on each side) to keep your knife chef sharp.
